In the corner of the cosy front room, the gentle notes of an old piano add to the charm of this nostalgic scene.

You can relive this timeless experience in our Fisherman’s self-catering cottages. With wood floors, open beams, and traditional log fires, each cottage is designed to transport you to a simpler era. Oil-fired Rayburns and antique furniture from the early 1900s create an authentic atmosphere of days gone by. Even bedtime becomes a delightful adventure, with high beds reminiscent of storybook tales—minus the need for candlesticks and nightcaps!

We offer a choice of a 2 and 3 bedroom cottages, each with a private courtyard, outdoor furniture and ample off-road parking for 3 to 4 cars. One cottage includes an enclosed garden and a bathroom, perfect for families seeking privacy. The Coastguard Cottage, with two bedrooms (sleeping 3-4), features a walk-in bath and a newly installed stair lift, along with an adjoining annex that sleeps an additional 2 to 3 guests, ideal for a "granny flat" arrangement.

For larger gatherings, our cottages “An Lety” and “An Cresjy” can be rented together, providing five bedrooms, an optional downstairs bedroom, and three bathrooms. This setup is perfect for family reunions, offering a space where three generations can relax together while still enjoying the option of privacy and independence.

Visiting Porthleven & Exploring Cornwall

We are two minutes from the beach & our working fishing harbour, skirted by the Coastal footpath & surrounded by some excellent eating places & pubs, affording entertainment to suit all tastes.

Don’t forget your pets! They are most welcome in our Porthleven cottages.

Rates: £350 to £750 per week depending on the season.
