Leys Barn is a cosy converted barn, offering ground floor holiday accommodation for 5 people. Situated down a no through road, in a beautiful, rural and peaceful location, overlooking open fields and farmland.

The barn consists of an open plan living space with lounge/dining area with electric fire and Freeview TV.
Kitchen area: Electric cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge and patio doors leading to garden.
Utility Room: (1 Step) Washing machine, sink and freezer. Leading to a wet room with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) bed.
Bedroom 2: 2 x single (3ft) beds.
Bedroom 3: Single (3ft) bed.
Bathroom: Bath, toilet & sink.

Electric, central heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Secure garden with patio and outdoor furniture, overlooking open countryside.

Comfortable furnishings with plenty of seating, large screen TV and numerous books and games available.
Local pubs and restaurants, plus a well stocked village shop in the neighbouring village, and great farm shops in the area should you wish to cook whilst on holiday.
Walkers and cyclists will find plenty of trails and footpaths to explore. It is within easy reach of Cambridge where you can soak up the university city feel, visit the independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Wander the Museums, Botanical Gardens or go punting on the River Cam.
Local and popular attractions include Duxford Imperial War Museum, several National Trust and English Heritage properties are within an easy drive. For those of you bringing children, there is the farm at Wimpole Hall, Linton Zoo and a fabulous play barn at Bury Lane, Melbourn. Although inland you can easily reach the Essex, Suffolk or Norfolk coasts for a day out by the sea and London is approx an hour by train from the local station.
