Our magnificent property has been recently renovated to offer high-quality accommodation for up to 17 people. The spacious six-bedroom property is based on the town’s most prestige street.

Inside there is a formal living with a toasty gas log burning fire and lovely views of the garden. Unwind in the snug that comes with comfy seating, a smart TV has a gas log fire. Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances including a gas-style 8-ring cooktop that houses two gas ovens, a grill, and a warming drawer. An adjacent pantry/laundry has lots of brand-new appliances from a Kitchen Aid and Nutri-bullet

Savour lovely meals around the country table or dine in the formal dining room that boasts an antique table that seats 12.

Upstairs there are six large bedrooms, including four with super king beds and double sofa beds, one with a set of bunks, plus two trundle beds and a twin room. All bedrooms come with new White Company bed linen.

A double garage comes with an electric charging point and a state-of-the-art ping pong table, plus darts. Above the garage is a games room/teen retreat with a full-size pool table and a smart TV with PS4.

Outside there is a terrace and landscaped garden to unwind in when the sun is shining. The terrace has lots of seating and a Weber gas BBQ for al fresco dining when the sun is shining. There is a giant trampoline and lots of outdoor garden games.

Frinton on Sea is famous for its large space of unspoilt beaches and its vast greensward making it the perfect place for a family beach holiday. You can find Walton on Naze approx 1.9 miles away one way and Clacton on Sea approx 7.2 miles away in the other direction if you are looking for a touch of excitement for the children. Great attractions to visit include:
