Lauralee Villa is a well equipped self catering property close to the town centre of Bridlington in the east riding of Yorkshire. This comfortable accommodation is close to amenities, attractions, places to eat, and lovely beaches. It is also ideally placed for accessing the bus and railway station.

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living/dining room which has Digital 42" TV/DVD, bed settee, two piece suite, two reclining chairs, dining table seating 6 and electric fire. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with full cooker and microwave. The conservatory has a fridge/freezer and washing machine, this leads through to a second toilet.

On the first floor there are two large, double bedrooms, one with a cot (please bring your own bedding). There is also a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. All the bedrooms have a TV.

There is a family bathroom with bath & over head shower wash basin and WC.

Outside there is room to play at the rear and an enclosed private car park for a small family car.

There are lots of attractions just a short distance from the self catering property, including Flamborough Head, Bempton Cliffs, Sewerby Hall, Burton Agnes Manor House and Bridlington Priory. The North Beach trail offers extensive walking paths, stretching 2 miles towards Sewerby and 4 miles in the direction of Flamborough Head. Additionally, a 2-mile walk southwards on the beach leads to Barmston.
