Our superb maisonette enjoys its own private entrance via a gate or directly from the private garage. The bedroom has a lovely kingsize pocket sprung divan bed and has a deep layer of Innergenic Latex for outstanding comfort and pressure relief. There is also a light and airy bathroom comes with a large double shower.

The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a range of excellent appliances: electric oven, gas 4 burner hob, fridge, large drum washing machine, freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also a cosy lounge with flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player and a selection of games.

New for 2018, the stunning maisonette is on 3 floors. On the ground floor is a utility room and entrance hall with mosaic tiled floors. The first floor lounge comes with two large sofas and satellite TV. The lounge is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar.

On the first floor is also a master bedroom with king size bed and a small office. On the second floor the twin bedroom is spacious and very comfortable situated adjacent the large family bathroom. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower over.

Both apartments are next to each other and situated in a quiet village location but near to all amenities. The property is only 7 minutes’ drive from Durham city centre and the world famous Durham Cathedral. The bus also stops outside the property, convenient if you don't want to drive.

There is an excellent Indian restaurant with take out facility. A Chinese and Pizza take away - all will deliver to your door. Of course , as you would expect, some lovely North Country Pubs where you will be made very welcome by the village locals. The Langley Park Hotel (no bedrooms) is popular for lunch with local business people. There are a number of local golf courses just minutes away that welcome visiting golfers.
