Our charming cottage is beautifully furnished and homes a range of home comforts, great for a magical getaway in a brilliant location. The cottage sleeps 6 people and is ideal for a group or family.

Rustle up some delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen which comes with a range of appliances: an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/Dryer. After a day in the countryside, relax in the cosy living room which has comfy seating and a smart TV.

Two attractive bedrooms are available: a ground floor double and a room on the first floor with a double bed and two singles. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower over bath.

Visiting Wanlockhead & Exploring Dumfries & Galloway

You can visit the award-winning Museum of Lead Mining which is just a 2-minute way away or wander around the amazing grounds at Drumlanrig Castle. Nearby is the Leadhills General Stores which sells a range of essentials, including fresh fruit and vegetables, meats, homemade lasagne, chocolates, cigarettes, logs and much more.
