Rosemary Cottage in North Chideock offers fabulous self catering accommodation, set in stunning Dorset countryside. Our cottage near Bridport is based in Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a haven for relaxation and tranquillity.

Our gorgeous cottage has been beautifully converted from a barn, offering many original features whilst still offering modern accommodation. The cottage is elegantly furnished and sleeps up to 4 people, great for a group or family break.

A charming living room is stylishly furnished and comes with Freesat TV and a DVD player, a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Rustle up some delicious food in the modern kitchen which has a range of appliances for home-cooking. Savour some homemade dishes in the dining area.

The upper floor has a master bedroom with a comfy double bed for a restful night’s sleep. The second room includes a twin. Both rooms have Velux windows, allowing you to wake up to natural sunlight beaming in. A family bathroom is on the lower floor.

You are welcome to wander around and relax in the gardens of Hellbarn estate, including the small River Winniford on the edge of the estate. A recreation and information room is provided with family table games, DVDs or books.

This part of the country is a paradise for nature lovers, with lots of amazing landscapes to enjoy. Only 2 miles away is the nearest beach, part of the iconic Jurassic coast. A beautiful walk across the fields takes you to Seatown, via Chideock. Lots more wonderful country walking routes can be enjoyed, plus a range of breathtaking coastal routes.

Dorchester, Weymouth and Portland Bill are all within easy reach. You can visit Bovington with its famous Tank Museum, the Swannery and gardens at Abbotsbury, children's entertainment at Crealy and Monkey World, plus elegant houses and scenic gardens. Fantastic attractions to visit include:
