We have 7 spacious, individually designed and tastefully furnished apartments available.All the apartments are modern and have well-equipped kitchens including a full size electric cooker, fridge and microwave oven. Bed linen, hand towels, bath towels & tea towels, Freeview TV and gas central heating are all included.
Each apartment is allocated a parking space and additional street parking is available nearby. Apartments are thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and a guest payphone is available for outgoing calls. A washing machine/dryer is available for guests use.
Sun loungers and picnic tables are available on the patio over-looking the half an acre landscaped garden.

Torbay or The English Riviera is the name given to 3 resorts located on the south coast, in a sheltered bay known as Torbay. On the East side of the bay is Torquay and on the West side is Brixham, whilst in the centre of the bay is Paignton.Alpenrose is located in the centre of Paignton in a peaceful cul-de-sac which is one of the entrances leading into Victoria Park. A short level stroll through the park leads you to the beach or the main shopping area, entertainments and an excellent choice of restaurants.
