A wonderful house that has been stylishly decorated and furnished throughout. Amenities and features include:

Large stylish kitchen/dining area with superior appliances including a range style cooker.
Tea/coffee and sugar are provided to welcome you from your initial journey.
Formal front room with 46-inch TV and DVD player.
Snug room with a large L-shaped sofa, wall-mounted 50-inch plasma TV and a DVD player.
Wi-Fi internet access.
Utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities.

Everyone is welcome at the cottage, including the dog. A wet room is provided for surfers, swimmers, damp walkers or dogs to wash off after a day out exploring.

The house has five spacious bedrooms and the beds are made with cotton linen, feather pillows and duvets. One towel is provided for each guest in the en suites. Our rooms comprise of:

Master bedroom with king-size bed and en suite with both a bath and shower.
Second bedroom with king-size bed and en suite shower room.
Third bedroom is a family room with a twin and double bed. The en suite has a bath/shower
Fourth bedroom is a twin room and has an en suite bath/shower.
Fifth bedroom with twin beds is accessed by steps at the back of the house. It has an en suite shower room and its own private terrace.

A large raised outside deck includes furniture to seat 11 comfortably for meals, morning tea or perhaps a few cocktails. While outside, set your sights upon the attractive vistas of headland, beach and sea. A path from the deck leads through a terraced rockery to a paved patio which can also be accessed by French windows from Bedroom 5. Further steps lead up to a private and sunny sitting area which backs onto National Trust land and enjoys 180-degree coastal views. The garden is just the right size to be enjoyed by kids and dogs, too.

Visiting Mortehoe & Exploring Devon

North Devon is a beautiful part of the West Country and offers miles of award-winning coastline, perfect for sunbathers, surfers or walkers. For those who love spending time in the great outdoors, you will not be short of things to enjoy. The area offers:

Kayaking.
Watersports
Horse riding.
Golf at Saunton’s championship course, Woolacombe or Mortehoe’s Golf Club.
Sea, river or lake fishing.
Boat trips to Lundy Island.
