We have two purpose-built accommodation units extensively modernised in a "Grand Designs" style. The rooms have underfloor heating, a filtered air heat recovery system and free wireless internet connection. In the design, light was considered an important factor and both the studio room and the lounge of the apartment have triple aspect windows.The Studio
The large studio has twin beds, an ensuite shower room/toilet and a small kitchen area. The kitchen area has a combination microwave (microwave, grill and oven), 2 ring hob, fridge, electric kettle and a toaster.The Apartment
The self-contained apartment has a twin bedroom, lounge and a fully fitted kitchen. The lounge has a sofa bed and an en suite shower room/toilet. Claremont is situated at the Magdelen Road end of Denmark Road and is located down a drive between Denmark Court and the historic Almes Houses. You can stroll into town and visit the brilliant range of shops at Princesshay Shopping Centre or try one of the fabulous restaurants. Visit the fascinating tunnels at Underground Passages which date from the 14th Century or explore the interesting botany, archaeology, geology and fine art at the Exeter Royal Albert Memorial Museum. Excellent attractions to visit include:Exeter Cathedral.
