The bedroom from the lounge sleeps 2/4 people with a double bed and 2 singles/bunk bunks. Outside there is a private fenced veranda with rattan furniture for al fresco dining.

Apartment 4 can accommodate 2 in a double bedroom. It is a first floor apartment with a well equipped kitchen and living room with views of the garden.

Apartment 6 sleeps 2 in a double/twin bedroom. It offers lovely views Shaldon and the ness. it comes equipped with a 40" TV and fully fitted kitchen.

Apartment 5 can accommodate 2, 3 or 4 people. It is a top floor apartment with a galley kitchen and lounge area with a 50" Smart TV.

Apartment 7 can sleep up to 3 people in a double and single bed. It includes a TV, DVD player, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Teignmouth itself is a real hidden gem on the South Devon coast. It offers shops, restaurants, great nightlife and a Victorian pier.
