Widmouth Farm Cottages offers self catering accommodation between Ilfracombe and Combe Martin, the gateway to Exmoor, on the North Devon coast. We have spectacular views overlooking stunning Watermouth Cove and offer 35 acres of gardens, a woodland and a private beach on the Devon National Heritage Coastline. We are in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering the perfect getaway for families and people of all ages.

Accommodation

Our dog friendly cottages have sea views and access to a range of facilities, including a shared play area, dog exercise field, laundry facilities and picnic area. The ten cottages are all tastefully furnished and come with everything you need for a relaxing getaway, including cosy living areas with a smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms.

This delightful cottage comes with a lovely open plan living/dining room, double bedroom, a kitchen and shower room.

Wren Cottage

Our charming cottage has an open plan living/dining room, a double bedroom, kitchen, shower room and smart TV.

Swallow Cottage

This fabulous cottage has a double bedroom, single bedroom, kitchen, shower room and an enclosed front patio garden to relax in on a sunny day.

Martin Cottage

Our superb open plan cottage has a double bedroom, single bedroom, kitchen, shower room and an enclosed front patio garden, great for a morning coffee.

Kestrel Cottage

This brilliant cottage has a double and twin bedroom, kitchen, shower room and an enclosed front patio garden.

Round Barn Cottage

Our gorgeous cottage has an open plan living/dining room, king-size bedroom on the ground floor, a twin bedroom on the first floor, a kitchen with a dishwasher and shower room.

Heron Cottage

This excellent cottage has a lounge, kitchen with a dishwasher, shower room, king-size bedroom and a twin room with sea views.

Kingfisher Cottage

Our coastal cottage has a lounge, kitchen with a dishwasher, shower room, king room and a twin room with sea views.

Partridge Cottage

This cosy cottage has an open plan living room with a roaring log burner, a dining area, kitchen, shower room, king-size bedroom, twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom. A stable door leads to a relaxing private garden.

Pheasant Cottage

Our tranquil cottage comes with an open plan living room which a log burning fire and dining area, kitchen, bathroom with a shower over the bath, king bedroom, twin bedroom and bunk bedroom. A stable door leads out to an enclosed private garden.

Onsite we also have lots of farm animals you can meet and feed, including alpacas, goats, sheep, chickens and geese.

Visiting Watermouth & Exploring Devon

We are just 500 yards from the private which is great for swimming at low tide. You can also wander on the scenic coastal path and admire the amazing views across the bay. We are only a couple of miles from the picturesque village of Berrynarbor which has a great pub and village shop. Visit Watermouth Castle or visit the award-winning Tunnels beach. The whole family will love Combe Martin Wildlife Park, whilst great food and drink can be enjoyed at many of the restaurants and bars in Ilfracombe. Attractions to visit include:
