It’s a peaceful and quiet place and the sound of running water makes it tranquil and calming.
Inside the holiday home, you will find sumptuous furnishings, fine fabrics, sparkling chandeliers and modern art bring more than a touch of glamour to this bijou residence. The spacious kitchen and adjoining garden room make River Cottage the ideal holiday home for foodies.
There is a master bedroom with a king-size double bed and a second bedroom that can be made up as a twin or a super king-size, depending on your requirements. Luxurious toppers on the mattresses make for an extremely comfortable night especially as they are coupled with goosedown pillows and quilts covered in pure Egyptian cotton. Supersoft white towelling bathrobes are provided for you to use during your stay, the sort you would usually find in a spa hotel.
You have a choice of bath or shower at River Cottage with a shower room on the ground floor and a spacious bathroom on the first floor.
Outside of the holiday home is a mature garden and outdoor seating area with views over the River Greta. If you bring bicycles on your holiday, they can be safely stored in the garden shed.
