Latcrag Caravan is located on its own grounds within High Row Farm and it provides wonderful views and self catering accommodation within the Cumbrian village of Threlkeld. Threlkeld is to the east of Keswick and it offers a superb base for walkers and cyclists.
The self catering caravan is 35 foot long and 12 foot wide and will sleep up to 6 people in a spacious double, twin room and sofa bed in the lounge.
There is a lounge area complete with TV, radio, gas fire and dining table. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a cooker, fridge, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery.
Panel heaters are stored in all rooms. Pillows, duvets, duvet covers and blankets all provided. Sheets, pillowcases and towels required.
From the M6 junction, 40 15 miles approximately follow the A66 towards Keswick, turn right after approximately 14 miles which is signposted Threlkeld. Next turn right into Blease Road in centre of the village, continue up the road past the TV mast, which is on the right, Latcrag cottage/Caravan and high row farm are the next properties on the right. From Keswick take the Penrith road along the A66, turn left at the first sign for Threlkeld, take the second left onto Blease Road and continue as above.
The area surrounding the self catering accommodation is the ideal setting for walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding and golfing. The nearby Keswick has many interesting places to visit such as Honister Slate Mine, Castlerigg Stone Circle, Keswick Museum and Lake District National Park.
