Newland Valley Log Cabins are situated on the edge of the Cumbrian National Park at Newland. We are in an ideal location to explore the Lake District.

Open plan split level living area with log burning stove, large dining area, fitted kitchen and hallway. The cabin has two sumptuous double bedrooms, sleeping four, plus a cot if required. The second double bedroom has a zip and link bed allowing it to be made up as a twin room if necessary to suit your needs. A sumptuous roll top bath with overhead shower is provided in a cosy bathroom along with heated towel rail, toilet and washbasin. The large terrace is ideal for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the view of whatever the weather after a day spent exploring. The fully glazed front invites you to unwind in front of the log-burning stove while soaking in the picturesque surroundings. Ideal for a romantic getaway, the cabin features a cosy king-size cubby for two, along with two single bunks for children. A nearby utility building offers shared facilities, including a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rack for rainy days. Outside, an inviting dining table allows you to savor the view after a day of exploring, making every moment of your stay a delight.

A cot, high chair and baby bath are available on request for your convenience all free of charge. A shared washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rack for rainy days are located in the nearby utility building. The price of your holiday includes all heating, power, bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the wood burner. You are welcome to come and meet our alpacas who also live onsite.

There are many walks from the doorstep. Ulverston is within walking distance just a mile away, while the attractions of the beautiful Lake District national park are within easy reach. You could explore the breathtaking Langdale Pikes, take a stroll around the beautiful Tarn Hows, visit Peter Rabbit and friends in Bowness, or take in the views on a boat trip on your favourite lake.
