Boat Cottage sleeps up to 5 people. Two bedrooms are upstairs: one twin bedroom and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom upstairs has a bath with a shower, toilet and basin. An open plan ground floor consists of kitchen, living and dining areas. There is also a sofa bed in the living area if extra accommodation is required.Shell Cottage sleeps up to 7. Two bedrooms are upstairs: one twin bedroom and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom upstairs has a bath with a shower, toilet and basin. Downstairs has a twin bedroom with an en suite shower, toilet and basin. The ground floor also has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area.
There is an enclosed garden to the front of the cottages with patio areas, garden furniture and barbeques are available.
The tennis court in the grounds can be used by guests - tennis rackets and balls can be provided.

They are situated on the Ulster Way and offer spacious family holiday accommodation with all amenities provided. You can take a walk through Rowallane Garden and you'll uncover a broad range of weird and wonderful fungi. Mahee Island Golf Club is a scenic nine hole layout on the shores of Strangford Lough. The course: is a par 68, with 14 par fours and 4 par threes. A number of excellent attractions are nearby:Castle Ward.
