You may drive to the entrance of the flats for unloading etc and one car parking space per flat is provided a short distance away.
No 1 The Follies, Hannafore Road (Sleeps 4)
The entrance is at road level with no stairs whatsoever in the property. The self catering accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin), a comfortably furnished lounge has a balcony with patio doors overlooking the harbour, folding chairs and a small table are provided for use outside and a kitchen/diner with fitted units. There is a bathroom/toilet with electric shower over the bath, pedestal basin, electric heater and shaver socket.Gwel-An-Cay, Hannafore Road (Sleeps 4)
This is a first floor flat and is approached from Hannafore Road down a flight of 14 steps into a small courtyard. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin). A large comfortably furnished lounge with Juliet balconies overlooking the harbour. There is an offset kitchen/dining area with fitted units. The bathroom/toilet has an electric shower over the bath, pedestal basin, electric heater, shaver socket, airing cupboard.Bookings are Saturday to Saturday. The flat is available exclusively for adults.
Pen-An-Cay, West Looe Quay (Sleeps 2)
This is a ground floor flat and the approach is on level ground with 3 shallow steps to the entrance door. The accommodation is mainly open plan with the kitchen/dining area off the lounge, which has a large bow window overlooking the quayside. The kitchen area has fitted units. There is one bedroom with 3ft twin divan beds. A shower room/toilet with electric heater and shaver socket completes this attractive and conveniently situated flat.Bookings are Saturday to Saturday.

Each fitted kitchen includes a microwave and conventional oven, fridge, filter coffee maker, toaster and spin dryer.
Night storage or gas central heating is included in the tariff between October-May.
Other electricity is supplied via £1 coin prepayment meters.
