Trelawney is a pleasantly situated bungalow in a quiet residential area of Carbis Bay, with coastal views, Sleeps 5/6, Comfortably furnished, Room to park the car, garden, short walk to shops, superstore and pub the Cornishman. A short walk via a footpath down to the beach and coastal walks to St.Ives.

The living room has 3 settees, one of which is a futon that folds out into a double bed, radio & TV and flame effect electric fire. The kitchen/dining is fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, washing machine, & microwave. Main bedroom: 4' 6" divan. Bedroom 2: 3’ divan & 3’ bunk beds. The bathroom includes a bath & electric shower.

Attractive enclosed garden, with decking balcony to the rear - with seats and a table for sunny occasions. Off-road parking for two cars and no parking restrictions.

Access to Carbis Bay's sandy beach, by a couple of footpaths leading down (10 min walk down and 15-20 mins back up), and access to the coastal footpaths to St. Ives and Lelant. In the other direction, up to the main road, there is Tesco (5-10 min) and the Cornish Arms (pub 2 mins further) and for the energetic turn left and keep climbing to Knill's Monument on the hill above Carbis Bay.
