Our barn conversion can sleep up to 4 and offers fantastic views across the countryside. There is a spacious living room and a modern kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you would need for a self catering stay, including a wine cooler and coffee machine. From the kitchen French doors lead onto a private terrace.

There are two bedrooms, including one with an en suite shower room. Bedroom 1 has a 5’’ bed and bedroom 2 has a twin that can be made into a 6’’ bed on request. A bathroom has a shower over bath.

This barn conversion like Woodland View also has a private terrace, modern kitchen and large living area. The vast open plan living room has a vaulted ceiling which gives the space a truly spacious feel. French windows open onto a lovely terrace area spanning two sides of the barn and a lawn beyond which is shared with neighbouring barn. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of appliances to suit all your needs.

Both cottages come with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, tumble dryer, an iPod dock, bed linen and towels.

Our barn conversions are only 2 miles from the ancient town of Lostwithiel with its abundance of antique shops, galleries and places to eat. The Eden Project is only 4 miles away and there are golf clubs and leisure/tennis centre and country walks within easy reach. The south Cornish coast has quaint fishing villages and sandy coves to explore. Attractions to visit include:
