About Ladydown Cottage
Ladydown Cottage is a single storey renovated farm building, situated right on the edge of its namesake, the beautiful Ladydown Moor. So close that you can watch the wild ponies graze from your living room window. With its exposed beams, log burner and 2 Bedrooms, this cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests.About Delphy Cottage
Delphy Cottage is named after the nearby Delford Bridge on Bodmin Moor, a pretty stone bridge and popular picnic location just a short walk away. The cottage has been recently built, and sympathetically designed, to maintain many of the rural characteristics of old Cornish cottages with the benefits of modern design and features a single storey design with exposed beams and have an open plan living area with 2 adjacent bedrooms. Delphy Cottage offers one double bed and one captain's bed with pull out guest bed, making it ideal for couples, families with children or three adults. This cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests.About Old Barn Cottage
Old Barn Cottage is located on the site of an old barn. The cottage has been recently built, and sympathetically designed, to maintain many of the rural characteristics of old Cornish cottages with the benefits of modern design. Old Barn is a single-storey cottage, with exposed beams, an open plan living area and 2 adjacent bedrooms. Old Barn Cottage offers one double bed and one captain's bed with pull out guest bed, making it ideal for couples, families with children or three adults. This cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests.About Old Brock Cottage
Old Brock Cottage was formerly a farm building and retains many of its original features, such as traditional Cornish stone walls and exposed beams. With its quirky reverse design conversion, it offers an open-plan first-floor living and dining area and ground floor bedrooms. The cottage includes a log burner, has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 guests.All cottages have their own designated parking area and enclosed patios.
In addition to the above, Hallagenna Cottages include:-
Wi-Fi access, linen and towels, central heating (timings vary through the season), television and DVD player, wall-mounted televisions in main bedrooms, washer/dryer and BBQ.
We also have seven miniature pigs onsite and other animals on the farm. Children are welcome to feed them as long as a parent supervises.
Visiting St Breward & Exploring Cornwall
There is a gate straight from the cottages onto Bodmin Moor which is perfect for dog walking. In addition, information on dog-friendly beaches is provided in the cottage welcome folders.There is a village pub and shop within walking distance of the cottages.
Hallagenna Cottages is on ‘route 3’ of the National Cycle network, whilst The Camel Trail, which starts nearby, offers a more leisurely cycling experience as it follows a disused railway line from Wenford Bridge, following the River Camel, through Wadebridge, all the way to Padstow on the North Cornish Coast.
