The Boathouse is a unique property providing private self catering accommodation in an amazing beachfront location. This holiday home is at the end of a no through road in the Cornish village of Gillan. There are beautiful views from every angle. The beach provides safe swimming, rock pooling and sailing.

Accommodation

This spacious self catering property can accommodate up to 14 people in 6 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious games room/TV room which has a flat screen TV, DVD player, books, toys, wood burner, snooker table and doors that lead out onto the patio area.

Upstairs there is a living room which also has a wood burner and double doors with stunning views. The open plan kitchen/diner is well equipped. There is also a study on this floor.

Outside as well as a large patio there is seating, gas BBQ, hammocks for people and ping pong table.

Location

As you can imagine in this area there are plenty of outdoor activities including sailing, paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, walking, fishing and tennis in the village.

There are also many interesting places to visit such as Tate at St Ives, Maritime Museum, Flambards, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project.

Rates: £995 (for 2 people) - £5375 per week depending on season.
