The Stones - Sleeps 6

This apartment has large spacious rooms, with traditional granite walls, high ceilings and period features. The lounge/diner has a gas style woodstove, a double sofa bed and original triple doors that open to the main double bedroom. The dining table situated in the bay window provides spectacular uninterrupted views. The main bedroom has superb views over the town, across the bay and up the coast, and if you open the adjoining doors, you can even lie in the kingsize bed and watch the sunrise over the bay. There is a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a good-sized wet room with shower, toilet and basin - ideal for rinsing off the sea salt and sand after a day on the beach. Outside, a small shared courtyard has harbour views. The well equipped kitchen has a slate floor and views over the town and harbour.

Apartment 3 - Sleeps 4

With three huge windows from which to gaze upon the Atlantic, this middle apartment feels like a giant turret-room, surrounding you with stunning vistas of the sea at every turn. Beautifully presented, the whole apartment exudes comfort, warmth and homeliness. The lounge/ diner has three huge windows providing extraordinary views and an overwhelming impression you are suspended above the very sea itself. With the property commanding such an enviable corner location, you might even get the chance the watch the sun rise and set without even leaving the room. In fact, with comfy sofas, including a double sofa bed, dining table, and gas-powered wood burning stove to compliment the period feel of exposed granite walling, you may never have to. In the bedroom, the king-size bed and a floor-to-ceiling window might just lure you away from the hypnotic scenes of the living room. As with all the apartments, the bedroom is finished with subtle, personal touches that make this feel like it’s your home, not just a place to rest your head. The well-equipped quality kitchen features granite work surfaces, oak units and a Belfast sink, with views over the town and harbour of St. Ives. And, the tiled bathroom continues to impress, recently refitted to a high standard, it’s as quirky as it is quality.

Occupying the entirety of the top floor of this former Sea Captains residence, the Penthouse offers exactly what you expect from an exclusive top floor apartment. Providing some of the very best views in St. Ives from each and every window, this recently renovated apartment should delight and excite in equal measure. A large lounge/ diner has feature granite walls, a double sofa bed, and views across the town, harbour and the North coast of Cornwall. A well-equipped galley kitchen leads directly out onto the impressive sun deck, perfect for al fresco dining at any time of the day. The spacious double bedroom again has wonderful views and an 8 foot wide bed in which to relax after a long day on the beach. Even the bathroom has stunning views. What could be better than taking a hot bath, resting your weary legs and watching the sunset over St. Ives. There is a private sun deck for you to bask in the afternoon sun.

Pednolver is a 110 year old Captains house sitting atop the "prow" of St Ives. For a holiday in St. Ives there are few better sea views and views over St. Ives town than from Pednolver apartments.
