Our charming cottages are nestled in an exclusive rural setting, great for a tranquil holiday. Each cottage is individually designed and boasts its own garden, BBQ area and parking. The cottages are finished to a high-quality specification and comes with everything you need for a country escape.

The two-bedroom cottages sleep 5 people in 1 ensuite master bedroom with a double and single bed and 1 room with 2 single beds. All the rooms come with bed linen and towels. The fully equipped kitchens are great for home-cooking and include an electric hob and oven, and microwave. Relax in the cosy living area in front of the open fire after a day exploring the area.

Our 3-bedroom cottages sleeps up to 7 people in a master en suite, a room with a double and single, plus a twin room. All the rooms include bed linen and towels. Unwind in the lovely living areas whilst savouring the views and cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchens.

onsite fishing access to Cullighan lake provided. No permit is needed.

Ballyconnell is nestled beneath Slieve Rushen’s slopes. Ballyconnell is a border town hugging Fermanagh to the north and neighbouring Leitrim to the west. One is spoiled for choice of the route to Ballyconnell as it lies of equal distance from Dublin as from Belfast. A picturesque small town surrounded by mountains and lakes a fisherman's paradise and a tourist’s delight. There are several excellent restaurants and friendly pubs in Ballyconnell. Nearby is the Slieve Russell Hotel with its 18 hole golf course, country club, leisure centre and beautifully landscaped gardens.
