Mill House Farm Cottage is a Grade II listed cottage, situated on the fringes of the Peak District, providing comfortable self catering accommodation steeped in history. Attached to the main farmhouse, it offers complete self-contained living quarters.

Mill House Farm Cottage accommodates up to 5 guests and comprises:

- A fully equipped kitchen boasting a double oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster.
- A cloakroom with WC and tumble dryer.
- A spacious dining room with a large table and seating for six.
- A comfortable sitting room furnished with a triple sofa, a double sofa, a sofa chair and equipped with a TV (with Freesat) & DVD player.
- Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: The first bedroom offers two single beds that can be joined into a Super King Size upon request. The second bedroom features three single beds. Additionally, a vintage cot and highchair are available upon request.
- The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a bath and a shower.

Outside, a large garden and a patio area at the rear of the cottage provide an idyllic setting for alfresco dining, complete with a table, chairs, and a BBQ during the summer months.

Ample parking space is available in the farmyard for guests' convenience.

Situated within a 60-acre farm on the outskirts of Bosley, the cottage enjoys easy access to Congleton, Macclesfield, Leek and Buxton. Alton Towers is a mere 35-minute drive away, while the M6, Manchester and Manchester Airport are also conveniently reachable.

The holiday cottage is in a great location with lots to offer in the local area including a range of activities such as walking, cycling, fishing and golf. Bird lovers and nature lovers will love the local area with the picturesque setting and the beautiful walks available.
