Located in a pretty town of Llanilar, we are an ideal place to stay to explore the local countryside and attractions that Ceredigion has to offer. The popular seaside resort of Aberystwyth is only 4 miles away.

Tan-y-Gaer boasts a spacious and bright living room with a modern inset pebble fire and patio doors opening out onto the enclosed garden. The living rooms leads through to the dining room, which has double doors that can be opened to create a larger living space between both rooms, or closed for privacy when dining. The dining room also has patio doors. The kitchen is modern, fitted with oak units, all modern day kitchen appliances and also has a breakfast bar.

The bedrooms comprise of 1 double en-suite (shower over bath), a 5" double and 2 twin bedrooms. There is a separate walk-in shower room with WC, as well as a separate WC too.

The garden is enclosed at the rear of the property and has a variety of plants and shrubs as well as outside furniture, a patio area, BBQ, large enclosed suntrap, tropical gazebo with seating and a pond!

This wonderful property also boasts its own indoor heated swimming pool! You can access the pool from a rear hallway door. The heated swimming pool measures 10m x 4m, with a varying depth of 1.2m-1.8m. There is also a small rigid Jacuzzi and sauna - so you can relax while the kids enjoy the pool!
