The self catering accommodation comprises of 2 spacious bedrooms with a shower in each one and can sleep 5 people. One of the bedrooms has a sea view and the one with the garden view having a veranda furnished with patio furniture.

The lounge/dining room has a sea view and is equipped with television and audio equipment and comfortable lounge furniture and has a dining table and chairs. The bathroom is fitted with an electric shower over bath and is decorated with tiles. The kitchen has all appliances – cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The flat is accessed by the front door of the property with an easy stairway to the upper floor of the large Victorian semi villa in a quiet location with an easy 1 mile walk from the town and bus stop at the door. The views from the property look over the Firth of Clyde to the Cowal Hills and up Loch Striven and to the left there is a view of the Kyles of Bute. There is also a front garden with seating, a great spot for a coffee in the afternoon sun.

Visiting Rothesay & Exploring the Isle of Bute

The Island offers great walking and golf and quiet, safe beaches an ideal location for a quiet holiday but there are many restaurants, bars and cafes where one can while away an hour and meet up with the locals.
