The West Lodge offers fabulous accommodation near Arborath. We are located in the grounds of the Kinblethmont Estate and welcomes couples, families and dogs.

The West Lodge sleeps 4/5 in two bedrooms and a sofabed. As the old lodge house for Kinblethmont House it is at the edge of Kinblethmont estate about 1 mile from Kinblethmont House. The lodge retains its charming old-fashioned cottage style whilst offering modern comforts.

Inside there is a modern well-equipped kitchen with an oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washer dryer and modern appliances you would expect. Unwind in the cosy sitting room which has a sofa and 2 armchairs, TV and DVD player and mini Hi-Fi and log burning fire effect heater.

Attractive bedrooms consist of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both rooms share a bathroom with a WC, basin and shower.

Outside there is plenty of space for children and dogs to enjoy. The cottage has a large private garden with mature shrubs and trees and also an enclosed section. From the back of the cottage is the track that leads through woodlands into Kinblethmont estate.

Kinblethmont is the perfect place to base yourself for a holiday at any time of year. There are golf courses, castles, beaches, outdoor pursuits and visitor attractions close by while the woodland walks and tranquillity of Kinblethmont estate are just on your doorstep. Superb attractions to visit include:

Arbroath Abbey.
Colliston Castle.
East Haven Beach.
Seaton Cliffs Nature Reserve
