The Chauffeur's Cottage is a charming 3-bedroom holiday home on Kinblethmonth Estate, near Arbroath in Angus. There are woodland walks all around and Kinblethmont walled garden a short stroll away.

The Chauffeur's cottage is spacious and airy and sleeps 6 in three bedrooms. There is an additional child's zed bed. Set in the heart of Kinblethmont estate next to Kinblethmont House, we are surrounded by glorious woodlands. There is also a studio next door but the cottage has its own private terrace and grassed area.

Within the holiday cottage, you will find a large kitchen/diner that includes all the mod cons, we also have a large sitting room with a wood-burning stove. This is a great place to sit and relax after a long day exploring the local area.

We have 3 bedrooms at the holiday cottage. The master bedroom is a large room with a king-size bed and en suite facilities, whilst the second and third bedrooms have 2 single beds that can be joined to make a super king-size bed. Room 2 & 3 also have their own private bathroom. The bathroom next to bedroom 2 has a large shower and the bathroom next to bedroom 3 has a bath.

Outside there is plenty of parking. There is a terrace with seating and BBQs and a grassed area for al fresco dining. There are lots of paths on Kinblethmont estate including one that takes you to the sheltered walled garden - a huge area for use by holiday cottage guests with a children's play area, outdoor table tennis, seating areas and various garden games.

Kinblethmont is the perfect place to base yourself for a holiday at any time of year. There are golf courses, castles, beaches, outdoor pursuits and visitor attractions close by while the woodland walks and tranquillity of Kinblethmont estate are just on your doorstep. Super attractions to visit include:

Arbroath Cliffs.
Arbroath Abbey.
Colliston Castle.
East Haven Beach.
Seaton Cliffs Nature Reserve.
