The Stables is a cosy and comfortable holiday home at Rhyd Y Felin on the Isle of Anglesey. The cottage is lovingly converted stable attached to a former farm cottage with about half an acre of garden and orchard where free-range hens roam. We are a fantastic base for a couple who want to explore this beautiful part of Wales.
The cottage consists of:
Open plan area with a crog (gallery) loft with a double bed.
A shower room/WC.
Well equipped kitchen.
Main living area two large comfortable leather settees, TV, dining table and chairs.
Bed linen and towels supplied.
The Stables is situated 4 miles inland from picturesque Cemaes Bay and a short drive from Amlwch. There is a dog friendly local pub serving meals about 1ml away. Shops, takeaways and pubs serving food can be found in both Cemaes Bay and Amlwch. Cemlyn Bay National Trust nature reserve is also nearby.
The cottage is within easy distance from Llyn Alaw for bird watching and walking. There is an excellent beach at Cemaes Bay. Signposted scenic cycle routes on Anglesey can also be picked up near to the cottage.
