The ground floor centres on an elegant drawing room and a formal dining room, each with an open fireplace and double doors leading into a light-filled orangery that captures views of the garden and surrounding parkland. A spacious, well-equipped kitchen with an Aga and adjoining utility room makes cooking for a crowd straightforward, while a separate media room and games room provide extra space to relax. This level also includes a double bedroom with an en-suite shower, complemented by a boot room, an additional shower room and a cloakroom.

Upstairs, the principal suite features a dressing room and a luxurious bathroom with a slipper bath and separate shower. Two more double bedrooms come with their own en-suite showers, while a pair of twin rooms offer zip-and-link beds that can be configured as super-kings. A flexible triple room, furnished with a small double and a single bed also benefits from an en-suite shower, ensuring comfortable accommodation for guests of all ages.

Modern comforts abound: three open fires, full oil central heating, fibre-optic Wi-Fi, a Sonos sound system, Freeview TV and broadband, along with a telephone and ample cooking facilities that include an Aga, two electric cookers and a microwave.
