With the hills easily accessible on foot and just a short stroll through the woods to the village of Insch, where you'll find local shops and cafes, the apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of castle, distillery, golf and fishing country, ensuring plenty of activities and attractions nearby.

Situated at the end of a private road, The Drawing Room offers peaceful and secluded accommodation. The entrance/dining area is perfect for cosy, candlelit meals, with a north-facing window offering the chance to glimpse the northern lights. Adjoining this area is a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your favourite meals or simply reheating takeout after a day of exploration.

The spacious sitting room features a TV, DVD player and a live flame gas fire, creating a cosy atmosphere. French doors lead out to the terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the lovely hill views. The large double bedroom comes with a bay window seating area, perfect for sipping your morning coffee before breakfast. The super king-size (zip-link) bed promises ultimate comfort for a restful night's sleep.

The en-suite shower room is stocked with towels, bathrobes and locally made soaps and lotions and is equipped with a WC, shower cubicle, washbasin, heated towel rail and shaver point. Outside, the terraces and garden areas provide a tranquil space where deer, badgers, foxes and various garden birds are frequent visitors, adding to the charm of this peaceful retreat.

There is ample off-road parking conveniently located just outside the apartment. The minimum stay is two nights, but the owners offer flexibility with arrival and departure dates and times. Please note that, due to the surrounding sheep pastures, dogs and other pets cannot be accommodated.
