Accommodation

The lounge, the heart of the house, boasts thermal-lined curtains, an adjustable flame effect fire, a 43-inch Ultra HD Smart TV, a Sony Blu-ray DVD player and a selection of DVDs, books and games. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, fan oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Denby crockery and a dining table for four. Fresh kitchen cloths and towels are provided for each guest.

Bedroom One has a king-size bed with a deep pocket sprung mattress and memory foam topper, luxurious bedding, USB ports and ample storage. The en-suite shower room is spacious and fully tiled with provided toiletries. Bedroom Two, on the lower ground floor, offers a cosy retreat with similar bedding, ample drawer space and a dressing table. The partially tiled shower room includes a heated towel rail and provided toiletries. Both rooms offer a sumptuous duck and down duvet, feather pillows and quality linen.

Outside there is a delightful, secure garden including a patio area with seating, great for a morning coffee whilst admiring your surroundings.
