Fern Cottage offers accommodation for 4 people in two en suite bedrooms both furnished to a very high standard. They are both comfortable and practical with built-in wardrobes and ample room for 4 people to stay.
A ground floor bedroom offers twin beds and an en suite shower room. The first-floor living space has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. A smart TV & DVD with Freeview and a BT broadband connection. Double doors open onto a private courtyard garden. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The ground floor bedroom is a twin room, with an ensuite shower room. This room has a stable style door to a small courtyard with access to the laundry.
The first-floor living area offers an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with patio doors which open out onto a delightful courtyard garden with an outdoor dining area which catches the best of the evening sun. The living area includes a TV with Freeview and a built-in DVD player.
The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker and oven, a dishwasher, fridge and microwave oven.
The double bedroom upstairs has a comfortable king-sized bed, which can be offered as twin beds if required. This room has an up to date en suite bathroom, offering a bath with a shower over.
Fern Cottage is accessed by a slope from the parking area. The accommodation is on three floors accessed by two standard flights of stairs. Access to the garden from the first floor is down two shallow steps.
