Summary

Tranquil Sands Holiday Home is a spacious and modern self catering bungalow sleeping four people situated on the west side of North Uist in the Western Isles. The island has many white, sandy beaches and stunning turquoise seas and so provides an idyllic and memorable getaway.

Accommodation

There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need on holiday including dishwasher, fridge freezer, built in coffee machine and breakfast bar. The dining room has an extendable table and can seat six people. Patio doors lead out onto a south facing decked area.

The lounge has a large LED 60" TV with SkyQ and and Wi-Fi. There are stunning views from the lounge towards the south, east and west.

There are two bedrooms, a kingsize bed with en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have TVs and built in wardrobes. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Outside there is a garage, which you can access from the hall. Here you can store bikes, wellies, fishing gear etc. The garage also stores garden furniture and a BBQ for your use.

The Area

There are lots of things to see and do on North Uist, the beaches are a paradise for walking on, or playing in the sand. Maisgeir Beach is within walking distance. Other places to visit nearby include:

St Klida Viewpoint.
Balranald Nature Reserve.
Seatrek Boat Trips.
Baleshare Beach.
