About Elm Farm
Guests can choose from one of our 3 holiday lets, all of which have been tastefully decorated and furnished. We can also supply all our cottage guests with an Elms Farm welcome hamper filled with delicious local produce to enjoy during your stay. Available at an additional cost, please ask when booking. Breakfast hampers are available from £12.99 and include wonderful meat that is from our own farm. During your stay why not visit our Butchery & Farm shop which serves a lovely variety of local produce. We can also supply all our cottage guests with an Elms Farm welcome hamper filled withdelicious local produce to enjoy during your stay. Available at an additional cost, please ask when booking.During your stay, you can also enjoy a selection of country pursuits. Chris is highly experienced in both countryside management and shooting and is always keen to share his knowledge and enthusiasm with all visitors to our farm. Elms Farm offers a varied range of shooting opportunities alongside professionally qualified shooting tuition.
Windmill Cottage
Our first barn conversion on the farm and is on the original site of the Costock Windmill. Nowadays, it offers a comfortable double bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite shower room, a lounge and fully stocked kitchenette. Guests can enjoy a quiet country getaway and explore the surrounding countryside of the local area or use it as a quiet base instead of a faceless hotel. If you are travelling as a young family, there is enough space for a travel cot and we have a single fold-away bed available.This is the perfect accommodation if you’re coming to one of our pop-up kitchen events or attending a fire feast, so there is no need to worry about getting home.
Old Dairy
A cosy barn conversion with a spacious, open plan kitchen and lounge area. There is a double bedroom with a king-size bed which can be changed to a twin room if required. Two additional guests can also be accommodated on the sofa bed in the lounge. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen and a good size bathroom with a shower over the bath. Double doors lead to a patio area in the garden from where you can enjoy your countryside surroundings. Other cottage amenities include Freeview TV, Wi-Fi.The Old Piggery
Perfect for families, this lovely holiday home includes everything you need for an enjoyable break. The master bedroom has a king-size bed that can be made into twin beds if needed. Additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the lounge. Other cottage amenities include Freeview TV, Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchenette.
