The holiday home is an excellent position for exploring the area, nestled midway between Berwick-upon-Tweed and Alnwick.

Accommodation

Our wonderful property is the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life. The house is brimming with original character whilst offering a high-quality design with modern comforts. Throughout the property you can savour outstanding sea views.

The house sleeps up to 8 people plus 2 infants under the age of 2. The 5 star accommodation comes with old stone walls, rustic wooden beams and underfloor heating to keep you toasty. On the ground floor there is a large dining room which seats up to 10 and a well-equipped kitchen with a three-oven range with induction hob and a breakfast table. A wonderful triple-aspect sitting room with seating around the bay window is perfect for admiring the magical view. Features include comfy sofas, a smart TV and a selection of DVDs as well as a piano in the dining room. Off the sitting room there is a lovely conservatory to relax in.

Four lovely bedrooms are available. On the ground floor is an accessible king en suite room and upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms with en suite facilities.
One room has a king size bed, one comes with twin beds and the other can be either a super king or twin beds (on request). Two of the bedrooms boast fabulous sea views.

All the ensuite bathrooms have been recently renovated including the ground floor accessible shower room which makes it the perfect place for a multi-generational family or group of friends to gather.

The cottage has its own good-sized, landscaped garden with mature trees and wonderful sea views. It has a sitooterie with barbeque area, dining table and chairs, garden seat and ample car parking space. There are great birdwatching opportunities from the house which overlooks the Lindisfarne Nature Reserve.

Visiting Fenham & Exploring Northumberland

The Northumberland coastline is renowned for its sandy beaches and stunning landscape. You can visit beaches at Cocklawburn, Bamburgh, Seahouses, Craster or head down to Alnmouth. The county has a rich history, with an abundance of castles to see. Visit the atmospheric ruins of Dunstanburgh and Norham Castle or the unique beach setting of Bamburgh.
