Our cottages in North Yorkshire are based on our 170 acres of arable farmland and boast stunning views towards the Cleveland Hills, Roseberry Topping and the market town of Stokesley.

Accommodation

We are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life, offering an authentic rural getaway. All the properties are beautifully furnished and come with a private garden and patio, plus a luxurious hot tub to use upon arrival. Excellent facilities in each cottages includes a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi.

The Granary

This wonderful cottage is our largest property and sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms. The cottage is ideal for a memorable family or group getaway. The well-equipped kitchen has a Range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wine cooler and microwave, with a large kitchen table seating 10. Unwind in the spacious living room which has a flat-screen smart TV and DVD player, with French doors opening onto a delightful garden. Three attractive bedrooms are upstairs: a super king with an en suite family-sized bathroom, a double en suite and a twin en suite. Downstairs there is a double en suite and twin en suite room.

Damson Cottage

Our charming ground-level cottage is great for country lovers looking from somewhere special to stay. A gorgeous open plan kitchen and living room come with a leather suite, flat-screen TV and DVD player, with French doors opening onto the patio and garden. Cook up a storm in the kitchen which has a Range cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer and microwave. Two bedrooms are available: a king en suite which French doors to the garden and a twin room. A family bathroom comes with a shower over the bath.

Maple Cottage

This cosy cottage offers the ultimate country retreat and is all on one level. A lovely open plan kitchen and living room include a leather suite, flat-screen TV and DVD player. Enjoy some home-cooking in the kitchen which has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer and microwave. Enjoy some delicious meals around the oak dining table. Three beautiful bedrooms are available: two king en suite rooms and a twin/king room. A house bathroom has a shower over the bath. One of the king en suite rooms has French doors which open onto the garden.

Pear Tree Cottage

Our fabulous cottage has a delightful open plan lounge and kitchen, a private garden and a hot tub to savour the views from. The living area has a leather suite, flat-screen TV and DVD player, with French doors open onto the patio and private garden. A well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer and microwave. Two bedrooms are available: a king en suite with French doors which open onto the garden with a twin/king room. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

Bramble Cottage

This outstanding cottage enjoys glorious countryside views and a large private garden with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining over a few glasses of wine. The open plan lounge area has a toasty wood burner, leather suite, flat-screen TV and DVD player. A fully-equipped kitchen has a Range oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Patio doors open onto the private garden and patio. Three bedrooms are available: a king en suite with French doors which open onto the garden, a king en suite and a twin/king room. A bathroom has a shower over the bath.

We are the perfect place to stay for a memorable horse-riding holiday. On-site we have 5 fantastic, recently built wooden stables for horses. Haylage, straw, a secure tackroom and trailer parking area also available. In the area, there are a variety of scenic bridleways to enjoy.

We are ideally located for exploring the amazing natural beauty of the area. Explore the North Yorkshire Moors, The Yorkshire Dales and other areas of Yorkshire, great for walkers and cyclists.
