Our apartments are perfect for those who are looking to explore the history throughout North Yorkshire as well as those wanting to visit this exciting city. We have 15 apartments and 1 house to choose from. They are ideally situated at Monkbar just a 2 minute short stroll from the Minster and main shopping centre of York.

Accommodation

Our luxurious and modern apartments will suit all your needs. The apartments sleep between 2 and 6 people and are beautifully furnished throughout.

Cliffords Tenement: This modern first floor apartment has 2 king size bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed in the lounge. It comes with a family lounge and open plan kitchen/dining area.

Vikings Quarters: Our spacious 2nd floor apartment has 2 king size bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed in the lounge. There is an open plan kitchen/dining area leading into the family lounge.

Guy Fawkes Fold: This 1st floor apartment has a king, single room and double sofa bed in the lounge.

The Minster Studio: Our studio apartment sleeps up to 2 people in a king size bed. There is also a lovely terrace area.

Bootham Suite: This one bedroom apartment comes with its own patio area.

Jorvik Apartment: Our apartments sleep up to 4 people in a king size bed and 2 single beds in the lounge.

The Knavesmire: This ground floor apartment comes with a large double bedroom, sofa bed in the lounge, kitchen area and bathroom with a large shower.

Trinity Studio: Our ground floor apartment sleeps up to 3 people in a king size bed and 1 single sofa bed in the lounge.

King Richards Snug: This modern ground floor apartment sleeps up to 4 people in a king size bed and sofa bed in the lounge.

Monks Loft: Our second floor apartment sleeps up to 4 people in a king size bed and 2 sofa beds in the lounge.

Mickle lodge: This second floor apartment sleeps up to 4 people in a king size bed and 2 single sofas beds.

St Maurices Den: The first floor apartment sleeps up to 4 people in a king room and a sofa bed in the lounge.

Lord Mayors Retreat: This spacious apartment is perfect for a family and sleeps up to 6 people in 2 king rooms and 2 single beds in the lounge.

Ebor Mew: Our two bedroom property comes with many original features and comes with two bedrooms with king size beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge.

Bennett House: This beautifully furnished property offers modern accommodation whilst retaining original features. It is a grade 2 listed Victorian town house with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeping up to 16 people.

Visiting York & Exploring North Yorkshire

We believe Goodramgate Apartments offer an ideal base to explore this beautiful city. York is embellished in Roman & Viking history, wander the famous cobbled streets and alleyways, venture back 1000 years in time at the Jorvik Viking centre, or soak up the history of days gone by at York Castle. Our apartments are conveniently located a 2 minute walk from the world famous York Minister and five minutes or less to the central shopping streets Parliament St, Coney Street and Stonegate.

Bennett House is located by the river next to Clifford’s Tower, the eye of York. In the evening experience the contrasts of city life, a meal at one of York’s splendid restaurants or a drink down by the river followed by a leisurely stroll back home.
