Accommodation

Inside, the cottage offers a cosy sitting room with comfortable chairs and a sofa, a cast iron wood-burning stove, super-fast fibre broadband, Smart TVs with Netflix and DVD library. A selection of DVDs, books, games and magazines are available for guests and logs and coal are provided for three days of fires.

The heart of the home is the traditional pine kitchen with a pamment floor, Bosch electric fan oven, stoves gas hob. Large freestanding retro fridge Freezer, washing machine, microwave and a large dining table. A charming old door with an oversized key leads to the sheltered rear courtyard garden, ideal for al fresco dining.

Upstairs, a carpeted Norfolk winder staircase leads to a landing area with original Georgian floorboards, a built-in pine wardrobe and additional seating. The large family bathroom is a standout feature, complete with an original mural, a freestanding Victorian roll-top bath, a spacious walk-in shower and a high-level cistern WC.

The main bedroom is a romantic and calming space, featuring a pine four-poster king-sized bed adorned with fairy lights and a Tempur mattress for a restful night's sleep. It also includes a Smart TV with a built-in DVD player, a double wardrobe, large, freestanding silent fan and bedside tables with lamps.

On the second floor, the twin-bedded room has a flatscreen TV and a large, freestanding silent fan. The bedroom offers lovely views over the gardens and the historic Buttlands, once home to the town bandstand and now a pleasant green area surrounded by mature trees.

Outside, the walled courtyard garden is private and perfect for dining outdoors, with seating and outdoor lighting. Free parking is available on The Buttlands, just a two-minute walk from the cottage, with additional off-road parking provided during busier times.
