While maintaining charming original features, Violet Cottage has been thoughtfully modernised to offer a comfortable holiday stay for up to four guests. It's ideally situated just a 5-minute drive north of the delightful market town of Holt and close to the North Norfolk coast at Salthouse and Weybourne, with Sheringham, Cromer, Wells-next-the-Sea and Blakeney all easily accessible. The cottage welcomes children aged 12 and over, along with either one large or two smaller pets.

The ground floor features a bright and welcoming main sitting room with bi-fold doors that open to a quaint English cottage garden, seamlessly extending into a well-equipped kitchen-diner.

An additional living space, The Snug, is equipped with a large comfy sofa, Smart TV, Freesat and a DVD player, providing an extra retreat that families with teenagers will especially appreciate. There is also a convenient downstairs WC and shower room.

From the cottage's garden, guests can enjoy views stretching over an adjoining property to the expansive Norfolk countryside. Upstairs, Violet Cottage offers two cozy bedrooms—one double and one twin—alongside a separate main bathroom fitted with a bath and overhead shower. For indoor entertainment, the cottage is equipped with Freesat TV, a DVD player, books, board games and WiFi, ensuring guests are well catered to, even on rainy days.

Outside, the south-facing garden is secure for dogs and features patio furniture and a parasol, perfect for relaxing outdoors. An off-road parking space is directly next to the cottage gate for convenience. Additionally, secure and dry storage is available for up to four bicycles, complimentary for guests.
