Wisteria is one storey, charming self catering property set within three-quarters of an acre of stunning mature gardens in the tranquil village Briningham. Known as Wisteria for the Wisteria Plant that grows up the east-facing wall, this beautiful 4* Gold rated holiday cottage is an ideal base from which to explore the beautiful North Norfolk Coast and all this stunning area of Norfolk has to offer.

About Wisteria

Wisteria is approached via a private drive lined on either side by a beech hedge. There is plenty of parking and a garage and the scenic garden is completely enclosed and is secluded and sheltered.

The striking glass entrance hall allows natural light into the property and the property consists of two bedrooms both with en suites. The master bedroom looks east and is large and has an en suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds and has an en suite bathroom with bath and shower.

There is a large open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area that boasts a well-equipped kitchen which includes high-quality crockery, cutlery and cooking ware, ceramic hob and double oven, full-size dishwasher and fridge with separate freezer.

The sitting area is cosy with two very comfortable leather sofas, a novel chair and footstool, large screen TV and DVD player as well a radio, CD player and iPod docking station.

There are glass screens from the sitting area that look out to the tranquil gardens and open out on to a terraced area with outdoor furniture.

There is separate utility room for boots and coats equipped with a washing machine/tumble dryer and additional sink and storage space as well as a garage which is useful for storing bikes.

Wisteria is heated by oil fired central heating and there is also free Wi-Fi available throughout.

Visiting Briningham & Exploring Norfolk

We are surrounded by excellent gastropubs and other great places to eat – all within easy driving distance. The North Norfolk landscape is one of the most varied in the country. You will find gently rolling countryside, flat salt marsh and even a ridge of heath upland, left at the end of the last ice age. Whatever takes your fancy, you will find it in North Norfolk, including picturesque villages, fascinating craft shops, beautiful beaches and miles of rural woodland.
