This spacious property offers 20 en-suite rooms and boasts a range of amenities including free WiFi, TV with Sky, Netflix and other streaming services, complimentary parking and beautiful walled gardens. The house is fully equipped for the enjoyment of guests, featuring communal lounges with projectors and screens, a breakfast room, conservatory, games room, study centre and multiple kitchens. It is available for exclusive use by groups ranging from 16 to 42 people.

Ideal for any type of group — be it families, sports and leisure clubs, golf societies, school trips, or contractors — The Garden House is a fantastic venue for celebrating special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or for hosting reunions. Guests have the option of self-catering, or can have meals catered if preferred. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome!

Each bedroom is uniquely configured to meet various needs:

- Room 1 and Room 14: Large family rooms with one double and two single beds.
- Rooms 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 11, 12, 12A, 15, 16, 17: Each can be set up with either a double bed or two singles.
- Room 8 and Room 20: Feature a double bed.
- Room 9: A versatile larger room that can accommodate a double and a single or three singles.
- Room 10 and Room 21: Furnished with single beds.
- Room 18: Contains a double bed, ideally suited for shorter guests due to very sloping ceilings.
- Room 19: Features two single beds.

Rooms 4 and 7 are equipped exclusively with walk-in showers, while all other rooms include a bath with a shower.
