Recently refurbished throughout, Larigan is a modern bungalow offering comfortable single-level accommodation. The property boasts a spacious garden, private parking and breathtaking views of the estate behind, as well as the Caledonian Canal and Loch Oich in front.

Step out onto the sun deck equipped with outdoor seating and a BBQ, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the surroundings. This property underwent upgrades in 2018 and is well-suited for parties of up to 6 guests.

Larigan ensures a hassle-free stay with provided bed linen and towels. Enjoy warmth provided by central heating and a wood-burning stove in the lounge (starter pack of logs provided by the estate).

The accommodation features:

Sitting Room: TV/DVD, 2 & 3 seat sofas, armchair, coffee table and a wood-burning stove.
Kitchen: Range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining area, and a welcome pack with tea, coffee and biscuits.
Bathroom: Bath, wash basin, WC and a shower unit.
Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower over bath).
Double Bedroom.
2 x Single Bedrooms.
Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer and a dedicated area for boot and jacket storage.

There is plenty to see & do in the area, including plenty of walking tracks all around the Estate, cycling, canoeing, fishing and much more. The Northern Lights can sometimes be seen on a clear night in the winter.
