No 1 Craigview offers self catering accommodation in the beautiful village of Boat of Garten. Our property near Inverness is situated amongst heather-clad hills and wonderful woodland, ideal for nature lovers looking for somewhere special to stay. You can explore the natural beauty of Cairngorms National Park and adjacent is the magnificent River Spey.

Accommodation

No 1 comfortably sleeps 4 guests and features a lounge/sitting room overlooking the village main street, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds), a bathroom and a kitchen. Guests can enjoy a shared garden with a sitting area and have access to parking for one car.

The sitting room includes two 2-seater sofas, with additional occasional chairs available from the bedrooms, a drop-leaf dining table that seats 8, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. It also features a kitchen table with 6 stools and provides crockery, glassware and cutlery for up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed, wardrobes and a dressing table, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has been recently refurbished and includes a new shower/bath, toilet and washbasin. Additional amenities such as a tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and a small freezer are located in the porch.

Bedding and Towels: All beds come with duvets, pillows and electric blankets. Bed linen is available for a laundering charge of £10 per double bed and £7 per single bed. No towels are supplied. If bringing your own bedding, guests must provide two pillow slips per person and two single sheets or one double sheet per bed.

Visiting Boat of Garten & Exploring Inverness-shire

The delightful village of Boat of Garten has an abundance of wildlife and stunning scenery to see. You can also play a round at the 18-hole golf course, fish in the Spey or cycle along the peaceful roads. The RSPB Loch Garten Osprey Centre offers breathtaking views of Osprey and a range of birds on the nest, whilst a variety of scenic walks are available at the centre too.
