Summary

Hendy Farm Cottages are a collection of holiday homes situated at Tywyn in the lovely county of Gwynedd. We are situated on the edge of the magnificent Snowdonia National Park with its spectacular scenery and amazing sunsets.

Hendy Cottage

The cottage is the original farmhouse and has been tastefully converted to offer traditional features whilst meeting modern requirements. Hendy Cottage includes a sitting room with the original inglenook fireplace and a door leading onto the patio for a view of the Talyllyn Railway. A fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Two bedrooms with a TV in bedrooms are available and a TV/DVD is in the sitting room as well. Downstairs is a cloakroom and a bathroom is on the upper floor. The cottage is centrally heated throughout and pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Edward Thomas Cottage

The cottage has a living/dining room and separate kitchen with is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and four ring electric cooker with grill and oven. Downstairs is a double bedroom with adjoining shower room and upstairs is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.

Tallyllyn Cottage

Talyllyn Cottage has a living room/ kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and four ring electric cookers with grill and oven. Downstairs is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and twin bedroom with adjoining bathroom upstairs.

Dolgoch Cottage

The cottage sleeps two in a double bedroom and a separate bathroom is available. The cottages includes a living room/kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and four ring electric cooker with grill and oven.

Sir Haydn Cottage

The cottage sleeps two people in a double bedroom that opens out to the living/kitchen area with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and four ring electric cooker with grill and oven. A walk in shower room/ wet room are suitable for the disabled.

Visiting Tywyn & Exploring Gwnyedd

We are ideally situated between mountains and sea at the Southern end of the Snowdonia National Park. The cottages are within walking distance of Tywyn. Enjoy the steam of trains and the song of birds on this family farm in one of Wales’s finest historic landscapes. The area is ideal for activity or leisure with numerous facilities bowling green, tennis, horse riding, fishing and the renowned Centre for Alternative Technology. It is also a good centre for touring mid and north Wales with major attractions easily accessible.
