Cottage 1

This is a refurbished semi detached former stable providing a cosy two bedroomed Llanbedrog cottage. Offering traditional, farm accommodation with a wood burner in the sitting room and a kitchen/dining room, this is a great cottage for both children and adults to enjoy. This holiday home includes a double and a twin bedroom, shower room with shower, basin & WC, kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a wood burner.

Cottage 2

A cosy, semi detached converted stable has two bedrooms with a good sized sitting room and a kitchen/dining room. There are a number of farm activities at this Llanbedrog cottage which are great for the kids to enjoy, whilst the beaches of the Llŷn Peninsula are close by. Facilities within this holiday home include a double bed, three single beds and a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin & WC.

Both holiday homes include oil central heating with additional heating from an electric log fire in the sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, board games/books/DVDs, Wi-Fi (accessed from the owner). Fuel, electricity and starter pack for wood burner included in the rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate are available. Off road parking for 2 cars.

Outside of the holiday homes is a front patio area with furniture, shared use of gardens, shared use of the enclosed children’s play area with swings and football nets.

Local Area

The small village of Llanbedrog known for its beach and colourful beach huts, an art gallery at Plas Glyn y Weddw and two pubs Glyn y Weddw and The Ship (both of which offer food). Our holiday homes are in a prime location for all sailing events throughout the year, also a prime location for Golf enthusiasts with Llyn Golf some 2 minutes drive away, Pwllheli and Abersoch Golf courses some 10 minutes' drive away.
