Accommodation

Lovingly crafted using over 12 tonnes of sustainably grown green oak, the cottage sits on a locally quarried Cotswold stone plinth. Inside, it combines natural oak and limestone floors with modern luxuries, including underfloor heating, free-standing baths, powerful showers and a bespoke oak kitchen with an Aga.

Each bedroom is distinctively furnished with Egyptian cotton linens, fluffy towels, flat-screen TVs and luxurious en-suite bathrooms. The king-size master suite boasts a vaulted ceiling, a walk-in wet room shower, a romantic free-standing bath for two and an adjoining baby suite, ideal for families with little ones.

Whether enjoying a relaxed meal in the farmhouse kitchen, a barbecue on the patio, or unwinding in the sitting room by the log fire with the French doors open, you'll be surrounded by the charm of nature—ducks, hens, pheasants and even the occasional deer. Windfall Cottage blends contemporary elegance with timeless oak cottage style, offering a truly tranquil retreat.

Visiting the Area

Our cottage is located in the charming village of Beckford in the North Cotswolds, offering direct access to Bredon Hill, the Cotswolds' largest outlier, perfect for endless walking, mountain biking and outdoor activities. Beckford features a shop with a deli and post office, a children’s playground and a church. The village also boasts a floodlit tennis club (with day membership available), a pub/restaurant and its own nature reserve, home to wild ducks, geese, swans and more. There is so much to see and do in the area, including:
