This ground floor apartment offers a spacious layout, featuring a large lounge, two versatile bedrooms that can be arranged as either super king or twin beds, a shower room, an additional toilet, a dining room and a galley kitchen.
This first-floor apartment is accessed via a wide turret staircase with a handrail and a stunning stained glass window, adding character and charm. Inside, the apartment features a comfortable lounge, a dining kitchen, a utility room and three bedrooms, one super king, one twin and one single as standard. An additional bed can be placed in one of the larger bedrooms or the lounge to accommodate family groups. The apartment also includes a family bathroom with an over-bath shower and a separate shower room for added convenience.
For both apartments, on-street parking is available at both the front and rear of the property, with access through the garden gate.
The apartments are located in the market town of Cupar, right in the heart of the beautiful Kingdom of Fife. Ideally situated for exploring the area, they are just a short drive from St Andrews, Falkland, Dundee and the picturesque East Neuk. Cupar also has a mainline train station with regular services to both Edinburgh and Dundee, making it perfect for day trips.
