Glyndley Manor Cottages in Stone Cross offers self catering accommodation an array of self catering properties. Based in a peaceful setting on the grounds of Glyndley Manor Estate Ltd in East Sussex, we are perfect for a tranquil getaway in the country. We are close to Pevensey and only 6 miles from Eastbourne.

We have a range of 1 to 3 bedroom cottages available, sleeping 1 to 6 people plus a child. Our studio apartment sleeps 1 person on a sofa bed, whilst our three-bedroom cottage has wheelchair access, making it suitable for people with disabilities.

All the cottages include cosy living areas with a TV, well-equipped kitchens, beautiful bedrooms and modern bathrooms. All bed linen and towels are included.
Cottage 11 – Studio: This studio cottage sleeps 1 person on a sofa bed and includes a shower room.
Cottage 02 – Two Bedroom: Our cottage sleeps 4 adults and includes a bathroom with a bath and shower.
Cottage 03 – KC3 – Two Bedroom: This homely cottage sleeps 4 adults and includes a shower room.
Cottage 10 – Three Bedroom: This cottage is disabled friendly and includes a single bedroom with an en suite wet room can accommodate a portable hoist, an en suite wet room and disabled parking.
Cottage 13 – Two Bedroom: This cottage sleeps 4 and comes with a bathroom.
Cottage 14 – Two Bedroom: Our cosy cottage sleeps 4 adults and includes a shower room.
Cottage 14A – Two Bedroom: This cottage sleeps 4 adults and includes a bathroom with a bath and shower.
Cottage 18 – Two Bedroom: Our cottage sleeps 4 adults and comes with a shower room.
Cottage 22 – Two Bedroom: This cottage sleeps 4 adults and has a bathroom with a bath and shower.
Cottage 23 – Two Bedroom: This cottage sleeps 4 and has the added option of a z bed for a child. A shower room is also available.
Cottage 24 – Two Bedroom: Our cottage sleeps 4 adults and has a bathroom with a bath and shower.
Cottage 25 – Two Bedroom: This cottage sleeps 4 and comes with a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Cottage 28 – Two Bedroom: Our 2 bedroom cottage sleeps 4 and comes with a bathroom with a shower over bath.
Cottage 30 – Two Bedroom: This home away from home sleeps 4 adults and has a bathroom with a bath and shower.
Cottage 31 – Two Bedroom: Our cottage sleeps 4 and has the added option of a z bed for a child. A bathroom room is also available.
Cottage 33 – Two Bedroom: This cottage sleeps four adults and the bathroom has a bath and shower.

Guests staying on the Glyndley Estate during the summer months are invited to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and leisure.

The 17-acre estate offers an array of scenic paths, woodlands, gardens and open spaces to explore. At the rear of the Manor House, there is a small lake stocked with carp (up to 6lb) and some roach, along with a large number of smaller carp under 1lb. Fishing at the lake is exclusively available to holiday guests staying in the cottages, ensuring a peaceful and private experience.

Additional amenities include EV charging on-site and a convenient Information & Laundry Centre, centrally located within the cottages area. The laundry facilities feature two washing machines and two dryers for guest use.

We are surrounded by scenic countryside, with lots of cycle and walking routes in the area. We are also just a short distance from the South Downs National Park. Only a few miles away is a Roman wall and Norman castle, great for history fans. Close by there are art galleries, museums, vintage pubs, theatres, and restaurants. Further attractions to visit include:
