Summary

Drewstone Farm is a traditional 300 acre family run farm. These self-catering cottages are full of character. South Molton is 3 miles away. It has shops, places to eat, local amenities for all essentials and a swimming pool. The town is ideally placed for exploring North and Mid Devon. This is in an idyllic setting in the foothills of Exmoor.

Swallows Barn

Our wonderful barn is one of our newly converted stone barns which adjoins the Roundhouse. The spacious property sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms. Inside you will find a property brimming with character, including beams and high ceilings.

On the ground floor there is a comfy living room which enjoys delightful countryside views and a wood burner to keep you toasty. Outside there is a paved terrace area complete with patio furniture.

The Round House

This newly converted barn has been designed to a high specification. The light and spacious property sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, has 3 bathrooms and is furnished in a modern style while retaining its original character. The cosy living room comes enjoys superb views and includes a wood burner for those chilly days. French doors open onto a large terrace where you can savour the countryside views.

Woodcutters Cottage

Woodcutters comfortably sleeps 4 in a double and twin room. The living room comes with a wood burner, TV and DVD player. The fully fitted kitchen/diner has views over the hills. Outside is ample parking for 2 cars and a large garden.

Drewstone Arches

Drewstone Arches is a detached barn conversion. It can sleep 4 people in a double and twin. The lounge and kitchen are upstairs to maximize outstanding views. There is direct access to an enclosed lawn.

Visiting South Molton & Exploring Devon

Exmoor is worth a visit. It has rolling hills, heathered moorland, wooded valleys and winding rivers. Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough have fine beaches.

Devon is a beautiful area to stay with so much to see and do.
